About Villafixation

Villafixation has been set up to undertake repairs to your timber components of your villa or bungalow for you.

We operate in the Auckland central city suburbs only!

Though the mainstay of our works is the repair and renewal of villa and bungalow timber windows we also repair/renovate other timber areas of your home such as veranda’s ,balustrading, door panels, weatherboards and floorboards.

We also work in collaboration with a Double Glazing specialist to provide improved insulation and noise performance by retrofitting double glazing to your existing villa or bungalow windows.

Villafixation was formed to address the increasing problems that heritage home owners experience in procuring reliable and competent companies to undertake small scale repair or renewal works on their properties.

Owned and operated by Hamish Mackenzie, Villafixation specializes in smaller scale works that do not require a building consent under the Building Act.

Villafixation has been operating for seven years in the Central Auckland area and is very experienced with renewing timber elements of your heritage home
